Nope.  Your website maintenance monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our schedule and our resources, therefore it does not rollover.

Our Enterprise plans are customized to the client and allow for a time block for that month specific to their needs.

The whole purpose of our website maintenance plans is preventative care, so we hope to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case your website does need life saving help, we'll be there right by it’s side. We can't promise your website won't be hacked, but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it.  We'll also assist in restoring it and cleaning up of your website with one of our backups.

We want to have a great relationship with you and your website, and we would hate to see you go, but we understand that financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in. Request a cancellation via email, and we will immediately stop the next payment.

Support time covers small tasks that take us less than 30 minutes to complete.

Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however anything that can fit into your monthly support time is free game.  For example: plugin research and setup, theme or stylesheet changes, embedding third-party scripts, server or DNS changes, configuring forms, general WordPress questions and assistance.

We just ask you to be aware that requests for new features to your website will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.

We will respond to all maintenance request within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends or holidays, via email or phone, with a confirmation that the request was received and an estimated completion date for each action item in the request.  Maintenance requests received after 3:00pm EST may not be completed until the next business day unless prior arrangements have been made.

This does not mean your maintenance request will be completed in that time frame, it means we will communicate to you when it will be done.

Scheduling is a priority for us. We schedule all work for the month in advance to maintain a workflow that is conducive for our business and for all of our Clients.

Definition of an Emergency:   An Emergency is when a website problem interrupts your business monetarily, for instance an eCommerce site that goes down or has problems with checkouts, or it is totally down or offline.  Otherwise it is not considered an emergency.

If you do qualify for an emergency situation, please let us know and we will do our best to help you ASAP.

Expedited services – If you feel that your changes are imperative and need to be done quickly, but don’t qualify for our definition of an emergency where the problem interrupts your business monetarily, then you may pay a $400 one time fee to have your maintenance request placed on our schedule to be done within 24 hours if request is presented on a weekday or non-holiday before 3pm EST.

Email is our best form of communication since it yields the fastest response. However, we know brainstorming works best on the phone or on a video call. These consulting calls are reserved for our Business and Enterprise clients. They help focus a trajectory of the website for growth and improvements. Many times clients use this time to online screen-share small updates or training.

Sessions must be scheduled at least one week in advance and unused sessions do not roll over from month to month.

If you have a project or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will send you a quote for you to approve separately from your plan.   However, many times we will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at our current support rate of $150/hr.

When you sign up you will enroll your credit card, this credit card will be automatically charged on the same day every month.
