The Brief
BCP was asked to create a new rebranded website for one of the area's predominant real estate developers. With development locations in multiple areas of the country, Concord Development needed to showcase each of their locations and opportunities for investors. The goal of the project was to create a thoughtful, intuitive, inspiring website which supports their new brand, values and messaging. Not only that, the site needed to be optimized for strong search/localization performance and built using a flexible content management system.
Our Approach
We approached the design with three requirements; it must stand out from the competition, showcase all locations equally and be extremely user friendly for investors. So we started the process by experimenting with unique layouts and finding interesting ways to display their content while showcasing their new brand assets.
During the UX phase, we explored implementing a structured navigation throughout the website, which allows users to move seamlessly through to the end goals of their journey. Additionally, we also placed the call-to-actions more strategically to increase leads and integrated a custom lead magnet that takes leads and moves them seamlessly to their ActiveDemand CRM. The final result is a stunning website with a new and improved look and user experience, which also feels inclusive for everyone and reflects Concord Development Partners as a brand.
